Reset, Release, & Recharge: Millennial Women

Taking time out for restorative creative practices helps us maintain balance & show up as our best selves. Winter is a great season to slow down, get quiet, and carve out time to recharge our mind, body, and spirit. This group is for millennial women who are navigating work-life balance, relationships, caregiving, burnout, etc. & would benefit from a restorative space to connect to self & others.

This nonclinical group will meet over 6 weeks in Winter 2025. No previous art experience required. Together, we'll use creative self-expression & mindfulness tools to reset, release, and recharge.

Previvor Support Group

A Previvor is someone who has a high predisposition to developing a breast or gynecologic cancer due to an inherited gene, such as BRCA1 or BRCA 2. Previvors often have a strong family history and experiences with cancer impacting their loved ones.

Having such a high risk of cancer can create anxiety, guilt, isolation, & uncertainty around decision-making. Wherever you are in your journey as a Previvor - just learning of your risk, or want to more deeply process your experiences that have occurred over the years - this is safe, welcoming, and confidential therapeutic space where we'll dive into art, writing, mindfulness, and support one another.

This group will meet on an ongoing basis, on the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30-8pm.
